Did you deliberately not post the photo of the other 1987 Marshall Islands stamps which show the N. deviation of her flight path and the witnessed crash on Milli Atoll, where the starbord wing was broken off beyond the engin/prop – it also shows the Koushu Maru with he plane in tthe sling, but tends to indicate a deliberate turn. It’s also where her faint signals could have come from as the generator-engine was high & dry. Alot closer for the ship to take a boom swung aircraft to Saipan, also. Name a reason besides a spy-mission that she would have been in that area? She just couldn’t make Howland after. You have nice photos of the Noonan & Earhart jail-cells on Saipan! I sure hope we all get to the bottom if this soon… FTHO needs to auction her 2 cameras for some BIG BUCKS!

Thanks for comments, Phil. If you look in our Research section you will see all 4 Marshall stamps. I am sure there are more stamps “out there” as the Marshall Islanders are wonderfully prolific with their colorful stamps.
